About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented
CRM Specialist
to join our Digital Team.
This role will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM ecosystem, ensuring that marketing, sales, and customer operations work seamlessly together.
The ideal candidate combines technical skills with marketing sensitivity, and enjoys translating data into actionable insights that improve customer engagement and business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain HubSpot properties, lists, workflows, and teams.
* Build and automate email and nurturing campaigns aligned with global marketing initiatives.
* Support the rollout of the Sales CRM and ensure alignment with marketing automation processes.
* Track and report on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion performance through dashboards and analytics.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT to improve the integration of HubSpot with other platforms (Odoo, GA4, Meta, etc.).
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in CRM or Marketing Automation, ideally in B2B or industrial environments.
* Strong command of HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Reporting).
* HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
