Our headquarters are looking for a talented individual to join the Global Supply Chain Team as part of the Global Shop Logistic Support team. The role involves working in a fast-paced, evolving environment to build a high-performing logistic support service that enhances customer satisfaction and streamlines shop operations worldwide.
Reporting to the Global Shop Logistic Manager, the Shop Logistic Support Senior Specialist will:
1. Guide the Local Shop Logistic Support team in daily activities, exception management, and supplier issue resolution.
2. Analyze performance and monitor processes across a cluster of countries.
3. Manage service support for designated countries.
4. Oversee supplier performance, ensuring effective communication and prompt problem resolution.
5. Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and IT teams to ensure efficient Procure to Pay processes.
6. Contribute to improving purchasing processes and support continuous performance excellence.
7. Recommend improvement actions based on KPI analysis internally and with suppliers.
8. Support the rollout of Amplifon's Supply Chain transformation across different country organizations.
What you'll need:
1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, or engineering.
2. 5-6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Procurement, or Sales Support.
3. Focus on continuous improvement.
4. Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
5. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive responsibilities.
7. Excellent team player with strong communication and analytical skills.
8. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages like French or Spanish are a plus.
9. Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and order automation tools (EDI, Supplier Portals, etc.).
