In this role you will lead the Product & Supplier Management function in Italy to drive sustainable, profitable growth by shaping a competitive product offer and value-driven supplier partnerships. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment to align local priorities with the broader EMEA strategy. You'll lead a high-performing team, foster a forward-thinking culture, and continuously improve the function in a digital landscape. * Lead and develop the Product & Supplier Management team, promoting ownership and continuous improvement
* Define and execute category and supplier strategies to drive sustainable growth across product groups
* Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers for joint value opportunities
* Drive commercial performance including pricing, promotions, and new product roadmaps
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations for end‐to‐end success
* Provide insights on market trends, supplier performance, and competitive landscape to support decision-making
* Ensure effective supplier governance and performance management for value and reliability
* Act as main contact for inventory and supplier delivery performance with Supply Chain teams
* Represent the Italian market within the EMEA Product & Supplier Management community
* Engage with customers to understand evolving needs and market trends
Responsabilità
* Extensive experience in Product Management, Category Management, and/or Supplier Management
* Experience in B2B industrial distribution or similarly complex environments
* Strong commercial and strategic mindset with growth and profitability focus
* Proven experience in leading and inspiring xrdbqlu high‐performing teams
* Strong experience in supplier relationship management and negotiation
* Ability to develop and implement strategies, set performance goals and monitor results
* Experience in budget management and workflow planning
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a data‐driven approach
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholder influence
* Ability to operate in a matrix and international environment
