YOUR ROLE
The resource will be placed in the Business Unit Project Logistics, managing transportation activities for project shipments (Industrial, Over Dimensional, Heavy Loads).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Provide operational support to the Project Logistics division in Italy, managing the shipment flow based on project/client needs.
* Coordinate with all involved parties: air/maritime carriers, brokers, warehouses, intermodal operators, railway operators, clients.
* Respond promptly to client requests, resolve issues, manage irregularities, and prevent recurrence.
* Prepare import/export documentation (bill of lading, HAWB, MAWB, invoices, etc.).
* Coordinate with internal functions like Procurement and Business Development.
* Ensure workflows comply with regulations, internal SOPs, and client-specific procedures.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Degree or High School Diploma.
* Experience in transportation, especially Project shipments or Ocean sector.
* Knowledge of import/export documentation and goods coordination.
* Familiarity with over-dimensional/heavy cargo transport methods.
* Understanding of Incoterms, regulations, laws related to goods handling.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
* Ability to work independently, organized, and problem-solve.
* Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
