The Role
We're looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer with a strong visual sensibility and a genuine feel for electronic music culture.
This is a hands-on, cross-disciplinary role. You'll move between video post-production and visual design depending on what the work requires — sometimes in the same week. You're not a specialist who only does one thing: you're someone who understands how moving and static images work together to build a coherent visual world.
Core Skills
Video Editing
- Post-production of live show footage, artist content, and release teasers
- Reels, short-form social content, and longer format recap videos
- Color grading sensibility — you understand mood, not just correction
- Sync to music — you feel rhythm and know how to cut to it
- Basic motion graphics integration (titles, transitions, overlays)
Graphic Design
- Single artworks, EP/album covers, and release assets
- Social media templates and visual systems (Stories, posts, covers)
- Event flyers and digital identities for shows and concept events
- Press kits, one-pagers, and artist presentation decks
- Typography-led design — you know how type communicates tone
What Else We Value
- Motion graphics — even at a basic level: animated logos, lyric videos, teaser loops
- AI-assisted visual production — familiarity with tools like Midjourney, Runway, or similar applied to real creative workflows
- Photography editing — retouching and selection of photo content from shoots
- Consistency across formats — ability to take a visual identity and apply it coherently across all touchpoints without it falling apart
- Briefing literacy — you can read a creative brief and translate it into deliverables, or write one yourself for external collaborators
Tools
Proficiency expected in most of the following: Premiere Pro · After Effects · Photoshop · Illustrator · Lightroom
Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and Figma is a plus.
The Context You'll Be Working In
- Artists with large, engaged audiences and a distinct visual language
- International live shows with full stage design, video walls, and lighting — content that needs to look as big as it felt
- Music releases that require campaign thinking, not just asset delivery
- A fast-moving team where deadlines are real and quality is non-negotiable
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in video editing and/or graphic design — agency, label, artist management, or equivalent
- A portfolio that shows range: you can do atmospheric and cinematic, but also clean and functional
- Passion for electronic music — you don't need to explain to us why a warehouse at 4am looks the way it does
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- English and/or Italian — both a plus
