Fast‐growing battery storage platform in Italy (pipeline ~1GW) is hiring a BESS Revenue Head to lead commercial strategy and revenue optimisation across its utility‐scale storage portfolio for a 6 months FTC:
Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the commercial and route‐to‐market strategy for BESS assets
* Optimise revenues across MACSE, Capacity Market, ancillary services, merchant and balancing markets
* Support financing processes and work closely with lenders, investors and strategic partners
* Present revenue models and market insights for investment and due‐diligence processes
* Track Italian/EU power market trends and build relationships with traders, utilities, TSOs and aggregators.
Requirements:
* Plus 5 years in energy markets, renewables, infrastructure or trading.
* Strong knowledge of Italian power markets and BESS economics
* Experience with utility‐scale storage projects and project finance
* Strong commercial modelling and contract negotiation skills
* Existing network in the Italian energy ecosystem is a plus
