Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated engineer to join our R&D; and Manufacturing team.The role focuses on supporting the development and improvement of materials, products, and manufacturing processes, working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience in an industrial environment, contributing to real projects from laboratory testing to industrialization.Main Responsibilities
Support product and process development activities, contributing to continuous improvement initiativesAssist in translating production and customer needs into technical solutionsParticipate in laboratory testing, prototyping, and industrial trialsCollect, analyze, and interpret experimental dataSupport the definition and execution of test plans and Design of Experiments (DOE)Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams on process optimization projectsContribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentationSupport the introduction and validation of new materials, technologies, or processesHelp ensure alignment of processes with quality, cost, and efficiency targets
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar
Preferred Knowledge (nice to have)
Basics of powder metallurgyFundamentals of manufacturing processes or industrial automationBasic understanding of materials science (e.G. surface science, powders)Exposure to additive manufacturing or advanced manufacturing technologiesBasic knowledge of vacuum technologies
