The company headquarters is located in Bolzano, Northern Italy, at the plant formerly owned by Lancia, a renowned manufacturer of industrial vehicles founded in 1937 and incorporated into the Iveco Group in 1975.
IDV boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company’s extensive engineering resources.
Role
To strengthen the Social pillar of our Sustainability Team, we are looking for a professional with at least 5–6 years of experience who can lead and coordinate the company’s main Social initiatives.
The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with HR, Communications, Legal, Finance, and various external stakeholders, taking on a central role in the development and management of wellbeing, DE&I, and community engagement activities, with the goal of enhancing the company’s social impact and promoting an inclusive, wellbeing-oriented culture.
Main Responsibilities
Wellbeing
Design, coordinate, and optimize programs and initiatives focused on physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
The resource will work closely with the HR team and external partners to develop a structured and evolving offering, ensuring a positive impact on employees and monitoring results and emerging needs.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of DE&I initiatives, supporting governance, goal-setting, and progress evaluation.
The role will be key in maintaining and continuously improving the system associated with PdR 125 Certification and gender equality processes, ensuring alignment with policies, corporate commitments, and recognized best practices.
Community Engagement
Develop and manage relationships and partnerships with organizations, associations, and local entities, promoting social impact initiatives such as corporate volunteering programs, thematic campaigns, and local projects.
The candidate will be responsible for stakeholder coordination, activity planning, resource management, and communication of initiatives across the territory.
End-to-End Project Management
Manage the full lifecycle of Social projects—from objective definition and planning to supplier management and delivery oversight.
They will also monitor KPIs and results, prepare clear reports and summaries for management and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective, measurable, and impact-oriented project execution.
Support for Reporting & Communication
Collaborate in the collection and validation of data related to Social initiatives and contribute to the internal and external narrative of projects.
Activities will be carried out in coordination with the Communications team, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the overall ESG strategy.
Education
A degree in Social Sciences, Sustainability, Work Psychology, International Relations, Economic-Statistical Sciences, or related fields.
Alternative academic backgrounds will also be considered if supported by strong professional experience in social impact and DE&I.
Skills
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of DE&I topics, including policies and tools (experience with PdR 125 or similar systems preferred)
• Experience managing suppliers/partners and delivering measurable impact initiatives (KPIs, plans, deliverables)
• Pragmatic approach, strong engagement skills, and high sensitivity to people & culture topics
• Excellent organizational autonomy and results-oriented mindset
Languages
