The Role
We’re looking for a Designer & Content Creator with a strong video-first mindset.
Your main mission. Create content people actually want to watch.
You’ll shoot, edit, experiment, test, fail fast, and improve even faster.
You’ll be hands-on with daily social content, product and lifestyle videos, and you’ll help shape how ninesquared looks, moves, and feels online.
This is a hybrid role. You’ll work from our Riva del Garda office at least 2–3 days per week.
What You’ll Do
• Shoot and edit high-impact video content for social media
• Create daily content that makes the brand stand out
• Work on short-form formats and long-form cinematic content
• Shoot and edit photos when needed
• Edit and refine content from external photographers and videographers
• Support the product design team with graphics for sportswear and uniforms
• Protect and evolve the ninesquared visual identity across all touchpoints
You’ll work closely with:
- Marketing Manager. Video strategy and social content
- Senior Graphic Designer. Sportswear and apparel graphics
You Are
• Ambitious, and visually obsessed
• Very strong in video shooting and editing, short-form and cinematic
• Deeply fluent in social media content logic, trends, and formats
• Confident with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
• Comfortable shooting with smartphones, cameras, drones, and related gear
• Skilled with editing tools such as Adobe, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci
• Into sports, lifestyle, fashion, or street culture
• Volleyball lover is a big plus, but not mandatory
• Fluent in English
• Available to work in Riva del Garda at least 2–3 days per week
Nice to Have
• Motion graphics skills
• Strong photography eye
• Experience with brand content, apparel, or sportswear
