Within GOSP – Generali Operations Service Platform, we are seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation Developer to join the Robotic PA and Low-Code Factory within the Global Digital Factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent automation workflows and AI agents to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of process automation technologies, from attended/unattended automations to agentic experiences integrated into enterprise platforms.Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automation workflows, agents, and scripts using intelligent automation platforms and agentic AI capabilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyze processes, and deliver scalable automation solutionsConduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for automation initiativesDevelop and maintain project documentation (design specs, process flows, test plans)Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows and automation agentsProvide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholdersKeep up-to-date with the latest technology and tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation developmentStrong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., C#, Java, Python)Knowledge of process analysis, design, and implementationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with UiPath and Microsoft PowerAutomate RPA tools
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in RPA technology (i.e., UiPath RPA Developer, MS PowerAutomate PL-500, MS Power Platform PL-900)Experience with Agile software development methodologiesExperience in using AI/ML in process automation
