F&M Ingegneria is looking for a Project Manager to join the staff of the P&CM sector in the headquarters in Mirano (Venice).
The professional will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, and will perform the following activities:
* Job management from start-up to final delivery;
* Monitoring project progress to meet schedule, budget and technical compliance;
* Coordinate project/site support activities necessary for project development (i.e. contract works, administrative aspects, consulting, etc.);
* Prepare project progress reports including summary of activities performed, project status and project performance measurement;
* Verification of job documentation and constant updating of planning during the project phase;
* Managing the archiving of documentation;
* Interface and coordinate internal and external resources (customer – suppliers).
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering);
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Project Manager position;
* Excellent knowledge of English;
* Good knowledge of BIM software;
* Excellent knowledge of Autocad;
* Good organizational and planning skills;
* Good interpersonal relationship skills.
The type of contract applied and the Gross Annual Salary will be evaluated during the selection process and based on the candidate’s experience.
