We are looking for a highly creative, data-driven and results-oriented individual to help lead key marketing initiatives for the Japan Books business, and ultimately, to inspire the next generation of readers in Japan. This role will oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns (across Owned Operated and Paid channels, including Social) and Go-to-Market (GTM) support for a suite of new customer-facing products. The successful candidate will blend strategic, project management, analytical, and relationship-building capabilities to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. /p pThe ideal candidate has strong product vision with highly developed customer instincts and an ability to influence diverse teams. They have a strong sense of accountability, and a keen focus on delivering great customer experiences and strong, measurable results.
