Michael Page The ideal candidate will be joined to the Finance Department and will be responsible for the following activities: - Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for Italy - Overseeing statutory filings, tax submissions, and audit processes - Leading the reconciliation of GAAP and local statutory accounts - Ensuring compliance controls and internal procedures - Collaborating with global teams, shared services, and external advisors - Monitoring local regulatory changes and implementing updates to processes - Supporting financial planning and analysis with variance commentary and forecasts - Driving continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems - 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within a multinational environment - A degree in Finance or Accounting, with a professional accounting qualification preferred - Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards - Experience with accounting systems and financial reporting tools - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines - Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) - A proactive mindset, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment The Company is an important multinational operating in Cosmetics based in North West of Milan Important growth in multinational Group Settore: Altro Ruolo: Altro
