As a Front Office Host at Park Hyatt Milano, you will be the face of the hotel, creating a warm, welcoming, and elegant arrival and departure experience for our guests. Main Duties and responsibiliti

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experien
ce.Handle guest registration, room assignments, and payment procedures in accordance with hotel standar
ds.Provide personalized assistance by anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtful suggestions or solutio
ns.Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and VIP profiles to ensure bespoke servi
ce.Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfacti
on.Respond to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone, in a timely and courteous mann
er.Manage room changes, billing inquiries, and special requests with precision and empat
hy.Promote the hotel’s services and amenities, as well as the Park Hyatt brand valu
es.Ensure a polished and professional appearance of the reception area at all tim

Qualifica
tions
We are looking for a candidate who is currently in a similar role or has Front Office experience in hotels, wh
o has:A Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, with minimum of 1 year work experience as Receptionist in a
hotel.Ability to work well with others in a guest and team-focused envir
onmentGood problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are
