This role works closely with external labor consultants and employment lawyers, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full employee and consultant lifecycle, including drafting and administering employment contracts (extensions, transformations, probation periods, renewals, amendments, and terminations) and preparing agreements for consultants and external collaborators, in collaboration with external employment lawyers.Ensure full compliance with labor laws, applicable CCNLs, and construction-sector regulations; manage documentation required for audits and inspections; oversee processes related to work permits and visas where applicable.Coordinate with the payroll and labor consultant/provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, mandatory filings, and the correct application of tax and social security contributions.Monitor and manage the time and attendance system (working hours, overtime, site allowances, vacation, leave, sickness, and absences) and validate employee expense reports in collaboration with Administration/Finance, ensuring compliance with company policies.Oversee the management of severance pay (TFR) and administer company welfare and benefits programs (health insurance, supplementary pension schemes, flexible benefits), acting as the internal point of contact for related matters.Manage and update HR databases and the internal HR platform (e.g., Bizneo), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, proper document archiving, and supporting the digitalization and optimization of HR processes.Prepare HR reports (headcoun
