Role Summary
Our Financial Controller will be responsible for:
1. Providing comprehensive financial updates to management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
2. Supporting the local CFO to prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
3. Developing and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control
Main Tasks
4. Implement the controlling set-up over the new plant
5. Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
6. Support the CFO in establishing financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
7. Support Purchase dept. in the management of trading good inventory
8. Enhance internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow
9. Be the Local expert FICO SAP4HANA topics
10. Support Corporate team in developing new report (using SAP and Power BI)
11. Support on sales plan activities and periodical sales report for the business unit
Your Profile
12. Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field of education with specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit
13. Experience: Min 2 years of relevant work experience, in a manufacturing company preferable
14. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of S4/HANA (Fi.CO) and Power BI. Deep knowledge of managerial accounting, cost accounting, sales control. MS Office
15. Languages: Excellent English
