For our office in Milan, we are looking for : /ppbICT – Infrastructure Senior Specialist. /b /ppThe ICT – Infrastructure Senior Specialist is responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure, which includes both on-premise and cloud-based environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the infrastructure meets current and future business needs in terms of availability, performance, security, and scalability, while coordinating external service providers. /ppResponsibilities : /ppbInfrastructure Governance Architecture : /b /ppSupport the definition and maintain standards and roadmaps for IT infrastructure (network, servers, storage, cloud services). /ppEnsure the operational continuity of global IT infrastructure assets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks. /ppEvaluate and recommend on-prem and cloud infrastructure solutions to support business growth and innovation. /ppEnsure that systems and platforms are aligned with corporate IT strategy and security policies. /ppCoordinates support for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations. /ppAssure the maintenance of an accurate inventory of IT infrastructure assets on the CMDB, ensuring proper documentation and tracking. /ppOversees IT processes in an international service delivery context, fostering continuous process improvement. /ppbService Provider Oversight : /b /ppAct as point of contact for the external service provider managing infrastructure network operations. /ppMonitor and review the performance of the managed service contract (SLAs, KPIs, compliance). /ppParticipate in regular service review meetings and lead incident escalations as needed. /ppbProject Management Execution : /b /ppLead and coordinate infrastructure-related projects (e.G., migrations, upgrades, cloud transitions). /ppCollaborate with the digital transformation team to support the delivery of required IT infrastructure within projects and work with the IT security team on IT risk management, including identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation plans. /ppCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. /ppEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. /ppbSecurity Compliance : /b /ppWork closely with the Information Security team to ensure infrastructure adheres to cybersecurity standards. /ppSupport audits and compliance activities related to infrastructure (e.G., GDPR, GxP, ISO 27001). /ppIdentify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and performance optimization. /ppMaintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies. /ppbQualifications : /b /ppBachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; /ppExperience in asimilar role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical / Life-science sector. /ppbRequired Skills : /b /ppExperience in IT infrastructure management, ideally in a hybrid (on-prem / cloud) environment. /ppKnowledge of service level management, capacity management, financial management, availability management, and IT service continuity management; /ppGood knowledge and proven practice on Cloud infrastructure environments (IAAS, PAAS) provided by the main Cloud vendors (mainly on Azure and GCP); /ppThird party contract delivery management abilities (Performance management, Planning Control, Contract Financial management, etc.); /ppbPreferred Skills : /b /ppSoft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation; /ppbExcellent analytical and technical skills; /b /ppStrong written,verbal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences; /ppbStrong planningand organizational skills; /b /ppRelational skills and attitudes required for effective Internal Customer management. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
