The individual should be dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Effective communication and collaboration with managers, along with proactive problem-solving, are essential for success in this role. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ol li Efficient Execution of Activities: ul liEnsure that all assigned activities are executed efficiently, meeting project goals. /li liMaintain compliance with Occupational, Health, Safety, Environment and Social (OHSES) protection, RINA Quality Management System (QMS), and OHSES Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines. /li liEnsure proper non-conformity detection and recording, as well as relevant corrective actions. /li liOversee all aspects of a construction project, especially managing and monitoring daily operations and implementation, if any. /li liAssist the direct Manager/Site Manager in identifying scope of work changes in a timely manner. /li /ul /li li Safety Measures: ul liAdvise the direct Site Operations Managers and Customer Site Manager on additional safety measures necessary to improve work methods. /li liSupport and participate in the organization's environmental and safety program, conforming to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements. /li liPerform tasks activities in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System. /li /ul /li li Communication and Reporting: ul liCommunicate problems with field work to Site Operation Managers and Customer Site Manager. /li liAssist Customer Site Manager in resolving issues promptly. /li liReport any accidents and near-misses to the Site Manager and to Rina OHSE team through the proper channels (handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol). /li /ul /li li Job Scheduling and Performance: ul liCommunicate with the direct Site Operations Manager regarding job schedules. /li liReport performance issues and work collaboratively to address challenges. /li /ul /li li Scope of Work Changes: ul liAssist the Site Operations Manager in identifying changes to the scope of work promptly. /li liEnsure timely communication and documentation of scope changes. /li /ul /li li Coordination with Managers: ul liCollaborate with the responsible department managers regarding equipment problems. /li liProvide input and insights to facilitate effective decision-making. /li liAttend job walks and bid meetings as needed to assist in determining site conditions and developing the scope of work. /li /ul /li /ol h3Education /h3pHigh School Diploma/GED in General Studies/Other /ph3Qualifications /h3p - Several years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of progressively responsible roles.br/ - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position on construction sites.br/ - Certification in safety management or relevant safety training programs.br/ - Familiarity with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and standards. /pul liMAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraint /li liADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective way /li liMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one\'s and other\'s emotions and express and regulate one\'s reactions /li liCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction /li liEARN TRUST - Take everyone\'s opinion into account and remain open to diversity /li liPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role Model /li liTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the future /li liPIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstances /li liBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organization /li /ulpRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure mobility, industry, research development sectors.
