We are now loooking for a Micribiological Laboratory Trainee. With a view to strengthening our Quality team on headquarters in Agrate Brianza (MB).
Reporting directly to the Laboratory Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
* Microbiological analysis of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products: traditional plate analysis, real-time PCR, commercial stability analysis;
* Preparation of culture media;
* Chemical-physical analysis: pH, aw, nutritional analysis, use of HPLC, spectrophotometer;
* Drafting of procedures and other documentation to support Quality.

* Degree in Food Science and Technology, Biology, or similar;
* Knowledge of the basic principles of microbiology;
* Previous experience, even brief, in a microbiological laboratory;
* Experience in performing microbiological analyses;
* Knowledge of the Office suite;
* Knowledge of SAP is welcome;
* Good knowledge of English (B1 or higher).
