We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance and Accounting, ideally with a background in hospitality or the tourism sector. You will take full responsibility for our hotel's financial management and accounting, working closely with internal departments, external consultants, and senior management. Tasks: - Supporting the front office team with questions related to invoices and payments - Managing room reservations, deposits, and invoicing - Analyzing and monitoring accounting and operational business data - Providing relevant information to guests during their stay - Handling complaints and guest issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner - Creating monthly financial reports for various departments Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in front office or financial controlling - Languages: Fluent in English, German and Italian - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Confident in working with hotel management software (preferably ASA and Naramis) - Strong command of Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros) - Problem-solving mentality - Ability to reflect and ponder - Like to take decisions - Empathy, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility - The working hours for this position are from Thursday to Monday, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with two consecutive days off (Tuesday and Wednesday).
