Role The Financial Controller will be integral to the financial forecasting and strategy of the company. This role conducts detailed financial analyses, participates in budgeting and forecasting, and provides insights to inform strategic decisions. The incumbent will work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and contribute to long‑term financial planning. Responsibilities Forecasting & Budgeting Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for MEA commercial operations Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with commercial teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions Maintain and update financial models to reflect changing business dynamics Coordinate and compile weekly Sales and Orders Flash reports and load in OneStream Analyze variances vs. forecast and prior periods, providing commentary and actionable insights Ensure timely and accurate data submission across MEA markets Performance Analysis Help prepare dashboards and visualizations using Power BI System & Process Support Utilize OneStream for financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems Support process improvements and automation initiatives within FP&A Stakeholder Collaboration Support MEA FP&A Manager partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business drivers Assist Senior FP&A Analyst in preparing presentations for leadership reviews Required Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience or equivalent work experience Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights Proficiency in building models to forecast financial outcomes Knowledge of financial software and systems, such as Excel, Power BI, OneStream (optional) Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders Fluency in English Contract: Permanent Benefits: Company canteen and company bonus Join the global Xylem team to be part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
