We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Social Media Specialist.
THE IMPACT:
S/He is responsible for developing and executing a content and community growth strategy that strengthens Elica’s brand positioning, increases audience engagement, and fosters a loyal digital community. He/she collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage content calendars, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance across social platforms.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy to grow Elica’s brand presence and community engagement.
* Align content strategy with business goals, seasonal campaigns, and key brand initiatives.
* Identify and activate new social platforms or trends to drive innovation in our digital presence.
* Define content pillars and oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content (visual, video, copy) tailored to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
* Work closely with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce high-quality assets.
* Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns.
* Build and nurture Elica’s online community through active engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and discussions. Leveraging on CRM tools to campaign and empower brand reputation.
* Develop ambassador and influencer collaborations to amplify reach and credibility.
* Foster UGC (User-Generated Content) and brand advocacy among followers.
* Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
