The Opportunity As the SCM Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will ensure our global supply chain meets evolving regulations such as EUDR, CBAM, and other ESG requirements. You will reduce regulatory risk, strengthen operational resilience, and drive sustainable, ethical supply chain practices. This role requires strong expertise in compliance and supply chain operations, with the ability to use data, technology, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver smart, scalable solutions. You will also engage stakeholders across regions to support a transparent, high‑performance, and sustainability‑focused culture. You will report to the SCM Regulatory Compliance Lead and work closely with the international SCM CMCI Team and global partners. How You’ll Make An ImpactManage, implement, and continuously improve compliance projects, processes, tools, and framework tailored to the latest regulatory requirements. Integrate technology‑driven monitoring and escalation processes into compliance processes. Support regular internal/external audits specific to implemented regulations and related processes and frameworks. Drive change management and training for internal and external stakeholders to ensure awareness and readiness for new and upcoming regulations and ensure timely adaptation of internal processes and supplier engagement strategies. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies and monitor effectiveness. Investigate compliance breaches, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive resolution and continuous improvement. Oversee preparation and submission of reports according to regulatory requirements or established frameworks. Ensure audit‑readiness and transparency in reporting. Serve as the primary liaison / SME for internal stakeholders (e.G., Business Units and functions). Foster cross‑functional collaboration to address regulatory challenges, share best practices, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support the establishment and continuous improvement of SCM or company‑wide governance structure and RACI matrices for regulatory compliance. Deliver digitalization and automation solutions to facilitate reporting as well as internal control requirements. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Must have 5 years in compliance, with demonstrable ESG focus—either within Supply Chain, Corporate Sustainability, or legal/Compliance teams. Proven track record in ESG reporting, impact assessments, monitoring/testing, and regulatory implementation. Proven experience with compliance technology platforms, data analytics, process mining (Celonis) and digital traceability solutions. Experience with S/4HANA and related modules (e.G., GTS). Strong understanding of global ESG frameworks and regulations & skilled in assessing ESG risks, interpreting data, and providing recommendations. Proven ability to lead multi‑stakeholder programs and drive change; project management experience and certification required. Able to influence diverse audiences using facts, policies, and best practices. Able to work independently with limited supervision on moderately difficult problems. High standards for accuracy, governance, and ethical conduct.
