Italy is a dynamic and growing market and is looking for a Finance Associate to join our Finance team and support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and dynamic finance professional with a structured background in accounting and a strong interest in analysis and reporting. You will contribute to core accounting tasks support financial processes and assist in delivering ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions. Lead accounting operations including general ledger entries and reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and balance sheet reviews. Maintain and update cash flow reports and assist in cash forecasting. Ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting. Liaise with internal departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure completeness of records. Upload bank statements and review unreconciled items; following up on open issues. Help prepare financial forecasts variance analysis and monthly reporting packages in coordination with the FP&A team. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within finance operations. Lead the audit process including preparing audit documentation and schedules. Qualifications : Bachelors / Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. Proficiency in Datev Koinos and Workday systems. 3-4 years of relevant experiencein accounting. Solid knowledge of accounting principlesandfinancial reporting. Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables formulas and data analysis. High attention to details stronganalytical thinking and a proactive solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Experience with cash flow management & reporting is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and international environment.
