Main activities The stageur will provide support to the Regional Businness Manager Cooling in these activities: Market knowledge (size, trend, share, competitors) - Creating a deck for the main Countries and product segments (size, trend, share) - Understanding of the competitors offer and stimulation of proposals to fill the gaps Communication and sharing - Product knowledge sharing and broadcasting (guarantee a smooth information flow between HQ and subsidiaries) - Weekly/Fortnightly mailing list to update the markets on the main news/changes to be taken in consideration - Best practice sharing across all markets (marketing, commercial, organizational, others) Strategy deployment support - Coordination the NPIs to make them successful (people focus, timings, content readiness) - Issue management and sales roadblocks removals (cost, availability, information, others) - Negotiation and onboarding of EHQ and HQD for requests such as new product configurations, SKUs creation, availability support Data analysis and action planning - Monthly/Quarterly results - understand the reasons of possible gaps vs Bdg/fcst (QTY, NSV, GM) and corrective actions proposal - Forecast analysis to intercept possible issues / opportunities and address them timely - Understanding of the P& L by country and OP monitoring Focus projects & KPI - New projects launch (respect of the BC in terms of units, nsv, profitability) - Generation and implementation of 3 new ideas to keep the focus of the markets on the category and engage their teams Who we are looking for - Neo graduated in Economics or similar; - Fluent in english; - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel We offer a 6 month internship.
