Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reportingAct as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication at all levelsPrepare and edit presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials with a high level of accuracy and confidentialityCoordinate and manage meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow‐upsSupport the organization of international travel, events, and leadership meetingsMonitor priorities, anticipate needs, and proactively resolve issuesCollaborate with other Executive Assistants and cross‐functional teams globallySupport ad‐hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, ideally within a multinational or complex organizational setting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adapt style to different audiencesHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and proactively in a fast‐paced environment
