Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager, who will be in charge of a group of four accounting and administration professionals and will report directly to the Italian branch's CEO and the Global CFO.
The main activities of this role are :
* Define and execute financial strategy aligned with group goals
* Manage FP&A, budgets, and liquidity
* Ensure compliance in reporting, accounting, and taxes
* Oversee general accounting, treasury, and public tender docs
* Optimize costs, margins, and stock
* Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and HQ
Requirements
* Degree (mandatory) in Economics, Finance, or related field.
* 8–10 years of professional experience in finance and administration, preferably in commercial / distribution sectors.
* Proven experience with advanced ERP and accounting systems.
* Strong proficiency in database use and international-level financial reporting (mandatory).
* Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
