As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineering technicians in maintaining the focus on safety and delivering high equipment availability.
The ideal candidate will have significant practical engineering experience including supervisory roles managing people. They should also have experience in both electrical and mechanical disciplines as well as automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems.
Apart from these basic qualifications, a full working knowledge of specialized engineering and facilities equipment within the Fulfillment Center (FC) and Delivery Stations (DS) is highly preferred along with experience working with PLC based control systems and project management skills.
Purpose of the Job
Our goal is to find motivated customer-focused individuals who can join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager. This role involves ensuring all preventative maintenance is conducted and internal processes and procedures are followed.
* Lead, support and mentor the team to work in a safe, standard and efficient manner.
* Work with the team and wider network to harness technical expertise available and build solutions.
* Support the Reliability Engineering Manager in implementing safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a safe working environment.

Basic Qualifications
* Significant practical engineering experience including supervisory roles managing people.
* Experience in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
* Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems.
* Ability to communicate written & verbal in English at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
* Experience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Full working knowledge of all specialized engineering and facilities equipment within the Fulfillment Center (FC) and Delivery Stations (DS).
* Experience working with PLC based control systems.
* Project Management experience.
