We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team in Milan and support the smooth running of our daily operations. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything in the office flows effortlessly – from helping with administrative tasks to creating a great environment for the whole team.
What you'll do:
Manage and coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and maintenance requests
Organize and maintain office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency
Support planning and organization of internal events and team activities
Welcome visitors and assist with the set up of meeting rooms when needed
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with travel arrangements
Manage hardware and software assets
Ensure the office space is tidy, functional, and a pleasant place to work
Support day‑to‑day administrative duties and internal communications
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in office management or a similar role
Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
A down‑to‑earth, collaborative, and problem‑solving attitude
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)

We offer a competitive salary, as well as an opportunity to receive company equity. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 30,000 and € 38,000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
