We are looking for a brilliant Business Controller who, with their experience, will handle activities related to management control.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Management Control in budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and the reconciliation between general accounting and management accounting for their area of expertise;
* Ensure the correct application of procedures aimed at guaranteeing maximum transparency, consistency, and reliability of financial data;
* Contribute to the drafting of the budget in compliance with Group rules and top management strategies, and for their area of expertise, actively support the Head of Management Control in reporting to Top Management within the established timelines and methods;
* Support Management in gathering relevant data and identifying corrective actions to be taken in case of budget deviations;
* Monitor the progress of action plans against assigned objectives, preparing periodic reports and critically highlighting identified deviations.
Requirements:
* Degree in Economics or related fields;
* Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a Controller role, preferably gained within multinational companies in the logistics sector;
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and specific issues related to Management Control;
* Precision and analytical approach;
* Flexibility;
* Analytical mindset, precision, proactivity, and ability to work in a team;
* Good relational and communication skills.
