Sap controlling business analyst

As SAP Controlling Business Analyst, you will optimize cost control, internal reporting, and financial forecasting using SAP Controlling (CO) and related tools. You act as a bridge between business and IT, translating requirements into SAP configurations that support informed decision-making. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for financial control, cost tracking and internal reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability of cost and financial management processes
• Design solutions and configure SAP CO and PS modules (Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order Management, Standard Costs and Material Ledger Management, WBS, etc.)
• Coordinate external consultant support for Projects or important Change Request initiatives on Controlling Area
• Support improvements to SAP CO and PS for regulatory compliance meeting user requirements
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to develop reports for cost tracking, profitability analysis, and forecasting
• Participate in cross-functional projects and explain SAP controlling domain within broader digital transformation initiatives

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in SAP CO and PS configuration, implementation, and support
• Solid knowledge of financial processes and cost management
• Familiarity with other SAP modules (FI, PP, MM, SD) and reporting tools like SAP BW, PowerBI, QlikView would be a plus
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus
