Based in Milan and reporting to the local Head of Marketing, the person will be responsible for the correct management of local and global databases and the related initiatives. They will ensure that data coming from all consumer-related activities of Condé Nast Italy are stored appropriately, and use dedicated tools to extract useful insights and detailed reports from them. Finally, they will represent a key point of contact between the Consumer Business team and other internal stakeholders (e.g. Editorial, Sales and Engineering Team) to ensure an efficient use of data for the improvement of existing processes and the growth of the local and global business. /p pbPlease note that this role will join Condé Nast Italy with a fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover) of maximum 12 months /b /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor and coordinate all data activities across all brands and different businesses, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic priorities /li liPartner closely with the Engineering team to support the implementation of new features, integrations and ongoing platform maintenance /li liDefine clear business requirements to enrich our marketing database with actionable information /li liConduct testing activities to validate that technical deliverables reflect the requested specifications /li liEnsure full compliance with legal and privacy constraints related to user contactability, managing the unsubscribe process as well /li liSupport both global and local developments from a data perspective /li liCreate target lists and audience clusters by analyzing user interests, demographics and by using lookalike models /li liDeliver detailed analyses that respond to commercial and consumer business needs /li liDevelop predictive models focused on purchase propensity and high-value customer identification /li liProduce performance analyses and reporting across channels, brands and consumer initiatives, sharing insights with Consumer, Editorial and Commercial teams /li liShape targeting strategies and building clusters for CRM campaigns for consumer, commercial and event initiatives /li liCoordinate paid media activities for Vogue Collection, subscriptions and other consumer businesses, including planning, optimization and monitoring in partnership with our digital agency /li /ul h3Primary Skills Qualifications /h3 ul li2+ years of Digital Marketing and Data Analysis professional experience /li liMaster's degree in Economics, Statistical Science or Quantitative Science /li liKnowledge of SQL/MySQL, Databricks, DBeaver, SPSS, SAS, R or other programming languages designed for data analysis /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite /li liKnowledge of Looker Studio /li liKnowledge of BI platforms (e.g. Power BI) /li liKnowledge of DMP and CDP platforms (e.g. Permutive, Treasure Data) /li liKnowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads Manager /li liExperience in applying predictive models and segmentation techniques /li liAbility to summarize and represent analysis results /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English /li liComfortable with handling email and conversation in English and being part of an international team /li liCommitment to meeting deadline dates /li liPassion for Digital Media and Marketing /li /ul h3What happens next? /h3 pIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply below, and we will review your application as soon as possible.
