They will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, plan and implement new services, and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality support for a global workforce.ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 3 / VIP support for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution.Support collaboration tools (video conferencing, messaging) and manage related company-wide online events.Build, maintain, and deploy end-user operating system images (Windows, macOS, Linux).Create tools, scripts, and automation to improve IT service efficiency and reliability.Manage endpoint services (e.g., JAMF, Intune) and mobile device management (MDM/MAM) platforms.Develop user documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, procedures, and knowledge bases.Provide architectural, engineering, and operational support for SaaS and enterprise IT systems.Foster close collaboration with internal IT and external service providers.Lead and execute IT projects with a strong focus on detail and high-quality delivery.Use metrics to drive performance analysis and operational efficiency improvements.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other IT team members.RequirementsBA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience providing end-user technical support and VIP / 'white glove' support to C-level executives.Multiple years of experience managing large-scale global MS Windows, MacOS, Linux, and VMware environments.Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers, virtualization technologies (VMware, AHV, Hyper-V).Configuration experience with endpoint management (Intune/JAMF) and MDM platforms.Strong knowledge of integrated video/audio platforms supporting collaboration services (MS Teams, Zoom).Experience deploying enterprise applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience managing IT infrastructure hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, storage arrays).Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN).Availability for after-hours support and on-call duties.Experience operating IT services in a modern cloud-enabled environment.Participation in after-hours on-call rotation.Willingness to travel up to 25%.Customer-focused mindset.Strong team player capable of working across functions and time zones.Ability to build relationships with key user community members.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
