We started two years ago as a team of four; today we are 10, and after recently closing a new investment round (to be announced soon), we are scaling fast and looking for new talent to double the team over the next year. /ppIn manufacturing, bimproving workstations /b and production processes requires balancing bworker safety /b and bproductivity /b through analyses that are still largely manual, time-intensive, and costly. /ppStarting from simple smartphone videos, our AI-powered software performs body-mechanics analysis and automates key ergonomic and industrial engineering standards (OCRA, NIOSH, MTM), replacing long observation times and manual assessments — delivering real-world AI built for accuracy and measurable impact. /ppWe work with more than 20 major manufacturing groups, including bBeko, Electrolux, and Piaggio /b, and are expanding across Europe with the goal of reaching b100 enterprise customers by 2026 /b. /ppbr/ppbRole Description /b /ppbr/ppAs a bJunior Business Development Representative (BDR) /b, you’ll join the bSales team /b at Postura Ergonomics and gain hands-on exposure to how a bB2B enterprise SaaS sales machine /b is built and scaled. /ppYou’ll work closely with the bFounders and the Head of Sales /b, supporting prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity preparation. From day one, you’ll have visibility into the full commercial process, from outbound strategy and account research to the first conversations with large industrial customers. /ppbYour initial focus will be on building high-quality target lists and supporting outbound activities /b.
