Activities are inclusive of: Supervising the administrative tasks of the assigned clients Managing the member pension accounts, monitoring the flow of incoming contributions, instructing investment and disinvestment orders Publishing updates and information in the web-portals (hosted in-house), drafting member communications, producing regulatory reporting, liaising with a wide set of qualified stakeholders Additional requirements: Bachelor degree in Economics (at least three years) or similar A fluent English level is mandatory (excellent written and spoken), a knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Previous experience in similar fields is ideal, but not mandatory Preferred skills: accuracy, flexibility, ability to plan and meet deadlines What we offer: Fixed-term contract of 6 or 12 months with the prospect of permanent placement E-learning and on-the-job training Company restaurant or Ticket Restaurant card Hour flexibility from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 38-hour work week Corporate Benefits
