Overview Product Assurance Manager open position at TAS in Gorgonzola. As a Product Assurance Manager for Electronic Equipment of the Digital Products Line, the main responsibility is to establish the PA&S requirements baseline for all elements of the project, in compliance with the Customer general Product Assurance and Safety policy; produce and implement plans, define inputs, outputs, participants, responsibilities, interfaces, coordinate efforts of participants, and produce resulting consolidated inputs. All in line with TAS QMS while referring to contractual requirements, specifications, development schedule and allocated budget during Product Lifecycle phases according to Equipment category. Responsibilities Assess SoW / Project Quality Assurance requirements. Issue Product Assurance, Product Qualification and Product Cleanliness and Contamination Plans. Monitor project & PA status and identify relevant PA issues, including NCR / SPR / Waivers / Deviations / Problems / Critical Items; track all items and produce periodic reports of monitoring activities (inspections, checks, reviews) with conclusions and recommendations. Prepare meeting agendas, ensure inputs for NRB or CCB, coordinate participation, and document NRB/CCB minutes; follow up on actions and close out nonconformances/waivers/problems/critical items. Monitor manufacturing, integration and test activities with quality assurance audits, inspections points (MIP & KIP), test witnessing and configuration inspections; report activities with conclusions and recommendations. Participate in program reviews (EQSR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR) and implement preventive or corrective actions; produce monthly assessment reports and contribute to design and safety reviews. Define formal acceptance requirements and conduct Acceptance Reviews of contractual deliverables (PTR, TRB, QR, DRB, etc.). Guide and monitor application and procurement of EEE parts, materials and processes; produce status reports on compliance to requirements (RFA). Contribute to Control Boards for EEE (PCB), M&P (MPCB) and Radiation (RCB) with customer and subcontractors. Coordinate FMEA, Reliability, Safety Analysis; monitor quality KPIs and produce statistical reports and graphs. Interface with customer, sub-contractors and internal entities on quality aspects; ensure product certifications (CoC, End Item Data Package, REACH).
