As a Project Planner, your responsibilities include:
* Planning and monitoring complex multi-year EPCI projects.
* Developing project estimates and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
* Calculating earned value management reporting parameters.
* Collaborating with Project Managers and team members to identify and resolve planning and scheduling issues.
* Monitoring controls, consolidating, and providing feedback on project plans.
* Assisting in project reporting, analysis, and management reporting.
* Monitoring project progress, identifying critical activities, and reviewing forecasts.
* Keeping management informed of project issues and status against baseline plans.
* Defining and preparing monthly KPIs and reports as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
* Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI/Qlik.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
Minimum Experience:
* 2 to 5 years in project controls, especially in project planning and scheduling for EPCI projects (experience in construction or oil & gas is a plus).
* Experience with Earned Value Management Systems.
* Proven ability to produce planning reports and dashboards.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and under stress, managing multiple projects.
* Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
