With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and global reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people.\nWe are currently seeking a Hospitality and Executive Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!\nThis is a customer care role, focused on assuring the effective management of Piove di Sacco guests in terms of logistics and assistance, providing Reception services for the location and supporting the Executive assistant on required activities.\nWhat kind of work will you be doing?\n\nAct as a primary point of contact for hospitality and visitor management at the Tognana site, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience\nCoordinate taxi and hotel bookings for guests and visitors to Tognana (customers, colleagues from other locations, Academy and Thermal trainings), including sending confirmations and managing changes during visits\nManage front desk activities and welcome guests, ensuring a professional and positive visitor experience\nHandle switchboard activities for the Tognana site and MU Italy (Tognana-based), acting as backup for the Milan MU Italy switchboard\nReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and post to the relevant departments\nAdminister guest registration systems and manage visitor access (badge activation/deactivation)\nCoordinate meeting room reservations and support meeting room management\nSupport hospitality-related activities, including medical visits and other on-site services\nCollaborate with General Services on activities such as pool car management and meeting room controls\nProvide support to Executive Assistant activities when required, acting as a backup during absences or peak periods\n\nWhat will make you successful?\n\nAt least 2 years of experience in Hospitality, Front Desk, Office Support or Executive Assistance roles, preferably in corporate or structured business environments\nExperience in managing guest and visitor coordination, including travel arrangements and on-site logistics\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests and last-minute changes\nProfessional and service-oriented attitude, with strong attention to detail and guest experience\nGood communication skills and ability to interact with internal stakeholders, visitors, and external suppliers\nFluency in English\nDiscretion and reliability when dealing with confidential information\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, basic scheduling systems)\nAbility to work on-site and collaborate closely with General Services and Executive Assistants\n\nIf YOU are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment!\nThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.\nOUR CORE PRINCIPALS\nSafety.
