The HR Intern will be trained in the fundamentals of the recruiting process and will be involved in the daily activities of the HR department within an international organization. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR management and to develop a solid understanding of the company's business by collaborating with Line Managers and colleagues across multiple departments.As An HR Intern You Will Be Responsible For
Supporting the HR Business Partner in managing HR processes and projects related to the business areas under their responsibility;Participating in end-to-end recruitment processes;Drafting Job Descriptions, share and confirm them with Line Managers;Posting and managing job advertisements on Safilo Job Portals, Safilo LinkedIn Corporate Page ect.;Screening applicants' resumes and actively searching and sourcing for prospect candidates through different channels;Managing relationship and network with potential candidates;Arranging and participating in interviews, collecting feedback on candidates;Conducting, under tutor's supervision, specific HR projects with relevant impact on organizational design and people development;Supporting and monitoring the deployment and enhancement of HR policies and procedures;Assisting in preparing Organizational Charts;Performing other duties in support of HR Team as required.
You Are The Person We Are Looking For If
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or Work and Organizational Psychology;You are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus;You possess solid knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;You demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset;You are resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic environments;You have a genuine interest in the Human Resources function;You are organized, precise, and take ownership of your work;You are an effective communicator with strong active listening skills;You can work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines;You are open-minded and eager to learn;You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with professionalism.
