You should have a good stakeholder management attitude, capable of working in both local and international contexts, and effectively within a matrix organization. /ppYou should understand core HR processes such as recruiting, learning development, compensation and benefits, performance management, leadership, change management, employee relations, and HR policies and regulations, with good knowledge of the Italian labor framework. /ppA positive attitude towards change, autonomy, eagerness to learn daily, and effective communication skills in English are essential.
