We are looking for a Group Retail Media Manager to join our eCommerce team in Castelfranco Veneto.
Accountability and Objectives:
The Group Retail Media Manager is responsible for defining, governing and optimizing the retail media strategy at Group level, with a strong focus on Amazon Ads and other marketplace media platforms.
The role ensures efficient budget allocation, performance excellence and consistency across countries, acting as the main interface between HQ, local markets and the global media agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Group Retail Media Strategy
* Define the Group Retail Media framework across Amazon and priority marketplaces
* Translate eCommerce and brand objectives into clear media principles, KPIs and guidelines
* Ensure alignment between Retail Media, eCommerce strategy and brand activation
Budget Ownership and Performance Management
* Own and steer the Group Retail Media budget, with primary focus on Amazon Ads
* Define budget allocation models by country, category and funnel stage
* Monitor performance versus ROAS, ACOS, incremental sales, share of voice and profitability targets
* Drive continuous media efficiency and scalability across markets
* Amazon and Marketplace Media Excellence
* Act as Group expert on Amazon Retail Media, defining best practices on campaign structure, scaling logic and full-funnel activation
* Lead testing roadmap, innovation initiatives and adoption of new Amazon Ads formats and betas
* Extend governance and best practices to other marketplace media ecosystems where relevant
Country and Stakeholder Coordination
* Coordinate and support local markets in the planning and execution of Retail Media activities
* Ensure countries operate within shared guidelines while preserving local flexibility
* Run regular performance reviews and alignment sessions with countries
* Act as key interface between HQ Digital and eCommerce teams, local markets and external partners
Agency Governance
* Lead the global media agency on Retail Media scope, including briefing, planning and performance monitoring
* Ensure transparent reporting, accountability and continuous improvement
* Challenge agency proposals with a strong business and performance mindset
Skills & qualifications:
* Proven problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward implementing process improvements and making sound, data-driven decisions.
* 6/8+ years of experience in Retail Media, Digital Media or eCommerce activation roles
* Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads in international and multi-country environments
* Proven experience managing large media budgets and complex stakeholder setups
* Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent business communication skills.
