Finance Manager / Controller
to oversee all core financial activities, ensure full regulatory compliance, and support the business strategy through effective financial planning, control, and analysis.
Controlling
Oversee and coordinate daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations
Lead the preparation of the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and propose corrective actions where necessary
Conduct financial analyses and support management in strategic decision-making
Produce periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring data reliability and timeliness
Monitor cash flow, optimize liquidity management, and oversee banking activities and reconciliations
Implement, maintain, and enhance internal control systems and governance processes
Manage, train, and develop the accounting and finance team
Knowledge of civil and tax regulations, standard costing, reporting skills, and experience in managing supervisory bodies.
Understanding of business processes and proficiency in IT tools, with a fluent command of English. xlwpduy
