R&D SUSTAINING MANAGEMENT

The role, within Water Heating Business Unit, will be responsible for the following activities:

1. Coordinate the mechanical designers’ team
2. Develop and implement technical modifications on existing products.
3. Coordinate and participate in the test planning and validation phase
4. Contact suppliers on technical topics.
5. Manage the bill of materials and process of industrialization
6. Report the projects status in the steering team meetings


The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and previous experience of at least 5 years in the R&D department in automotive and white goods sector, preferably in HVAC sector.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in managing a team of people, to be the interface for different functions (marketing, quality, purchasing, plant) and to manage a budget of product development.

Experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and tasks in a fast-paced multinational environment is also required.

He/she has a good knowledge in mechanical components and system design, development and industrialization.

Analytical and planning skills, ability to manage people and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.

Written and spoken fluent English.

Work location: Fabriano (AN), with 2 days of smart working per week.
