PpInterSystems TrakCare and IntelliCare are a unified healthcare information systems based on advanced technologies. TrakCare and IntelliCare create a complete view of each patient's history, provides secure access to records at every point of care and on any Internet-connected device, integrates with other applications, and delivers real-time analytics to support informed clinical and operational decisions. The system includes clinical, administrative, laboratory, and community care capabilities unified by a single data repository and is deployed in 25 countries, ranging from single hospitals to nationwide healthcare networks. /p pInterSystems HealthShare is the InterSystems platform for healthcare interoperability, data management, and analytics. HealthShare enables the aggregation, normalization, and sharing of clinical and administrative data across disparate systems, supporting regional and national health information exchanges, population health initiatives, and advanced analytics use cases. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe Technical Manager is responsible for leading and managing all technical streams across InterSystems implementation engagements, including system build and configuration, integration, data migration, outputs and reporting, and solution customization. The role provides end-to-end technical governance across TrakCare and HealthShare implementations, ensuring that solutions are delivered to agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. /p pThe Technical Manager acts as the senior technical authority on projects and a trusted advisor to customers, working effectively with senior clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate credibly with high-standing clients. The position includes line management responsibility and close collaboration with sales, delivery, and regional teams. /p pTravel of up to 50% is required. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide strong technical leadership across all implementation streams, including system build, integration, data migration, outputs, and customization. /li liDefine and maintain technical governance for delivery engagements, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, delivery methodology, timelines, and quality expectations. /li liLead technical input during pre-sales and early post-sales phases, including solution design, estimation, risk assessment, and contribution to proposals. /li liAct as the primary technical point of escalation and senior technical advisor for customers throughout the lifecycle of engagements. /li liEnsure appropriate allocation of technical resources across projects, resolving priority conflicts and planning future capability and capacity requirements. /li liDevelop, coach, and grow technical teams, building depth of expertise across TrakCare, HealthShare, and underlying InterSystems technologies. /li liCollaborate with project and programme leadership to ensure technical delivery aligns with overall business and contractual objectives. /li liEngage directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions that deliver measurable value. /li liLead and contribute to complex technical investigations and problem resolution where required. /li liProduce and deliver high-quality technical documentation and executive-level technical presentations. /li liCollaborate with other regions to share best practices, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency of technical approach. /li liChampion the adoption of new technologies and approaches, including AI-enabled capabilities, where they provide clear customer and delivery benefits. /li liProvide line management, performance management, and professional development support for assigned staff. /li /ul h3Key Characteristics /h3 ul liDecision Making / Judgement: Makes sound decisions in complex and imperfect-information environments, balancing risk, quality, time, and cost.
