Payroll HR Administration
End-to-end management of the monthly payroll process in coordination with external providersVerification of payslips, bonuses, benefits, leave, sick days, severance (TFR), etc.Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws (incl. CCNL, INPS, INAIL regulations)Draft and manage employment contracts, extensions, and terminationsRecruitment Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and corporate rolesScreen CVs, conduct interviews, assess both hard and soft skillsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesBuild partnerships with job boards, agencies, universities, and internal teamsGeneral HR Support
Maintain HRIS and digital employee recordsSupport training, performance reviews, retention, and talent development initiativesLiaise with global HR for alignment on policies and processesYour Profile
Degree in Law, Economics, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field
2+ years of generalist HR experience
Deep knowledge ofItalian labor regulationsand HR administrative procedures
Experience recruiting technical profiles (preferably in energy, construction, or engineering)Your Profile
Italian: native or professional fluency,English is plus
Familiarity with digital HR tools and payroll systems
Hands-on attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving mindset
