Alongside its core flooring business, the company develops and manufacturespolyurethane and epoxy binders/adhesivesused in turf systems, rubber granulate flooring, and industrial bonding applications.
The role:
You'll join the R&D; team focusing onformulation, optimization,andtestingofPU and epoxy adhesives, development ofequivalent raw materials, andapplied investigationsto resolve field issues (whitening, poor adhesion, climatic resistance, etc).
The position combines hands-on lab work with strongsupplier interaction,and offers acareer progression pathtoward higher technical responsibility — an excellent opportunity for a chemist ready to take the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities:
Formulate and improve PU and epoxy adhesives.
Select, qualify, and homologate raw materials and equivalents.
Investigate and resolve application or field performance issues.
Support targeted QC testing and material characterization.
Track technological trends, fairs, and competitor developments.
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience inadhesive formulation(ideally PU and/or epoxy systems).
Combines laboratory autonomy with strong applied problem-solving skills.
SpeaksItalianand goodEnglish(supplier network is international).
Is collaborative yet confident working alongside senior technical experts.
Is willing torelocate to Alba (Piedmont)and work mainly on-site.
