Holidu offers a software and service solution which helps hosts manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. You will be a member of a dynamic, growing team and have responsibility for our local office in Bolzano. Your responsibility will be to successfully lead the team and ensure great team spirit. Current team size: 5 team members.

Your role in this journey
- Be responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets by managing a high‑performing sales and account management team responsible for the South Tyrol market.
- Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the region, acquiring new hosts, and building long‑term relationships.
- Train and coach your team, fostering team spirit through motivational initiatives to achieve your area targets.
- Manage and optimise our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
- Continue building and strengthening the Holidu brand presence in your area.
- Work together with the Head of Sales & Account Management and provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.
- Regularly go on customer visits together with your team members.
