We are hiring for a fast-growing international digital agency, recognized for its expertise in SEO, SEA, and Paid Media, a Senior Sales based in Milan to drive growth in the Italian market.
The Role
In a context of strong marketing traction (high volume of inbound leads), you will act as a true senior closer, owning the sales cycle end-to-end with a high level of autonomy.
Your main responsibilities
* Manage and convert a high volume of qualified inbound leads
* Own the full sales cycle (discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing)
* Understand client business challenges and translate them into SEO / SEA / Paid Media strategies
* Work closely with consulting and delivery teams
* Drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts
* Contribute to structuring and improving sales practices in Italy
No outbound prospecting required: 100% focus on closing and revenue generation
We are looking for a senior, autonomous, and highly operational profile.
Must-have requirements
* Proven experience selling digital marketing services within an agency environment
* Mandatory background in a competing agency (SEO / SEA / Paid Media)
* Strong understanding of:
* SEO
* SEA
* Ability to sell mid-sized deals (~€20K average ticket) with a consultative approach
* Strong business acumen and results-driven mindsetTrue closer mindset (not just pipeline generation)
* High autonomy in a relatively unstructured environment
* Strong commercial drive and credibility with clients
* Comfortable in an international environment
* ~€1M in new business closed over the past 12 months
* Strong upsell potential
* Italian team currently being built
