PpSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert /p pIn this role of Packaging Project Manager, you lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs and driving sustainability across our global packaging portfolio. /p pYour role is crucial to identifying and implementing cross-category and cross-regional projects that deliver measurable savings and optimize packaging portfolios or/and deliver sustainability initiatives while ensuring alignment between local teams and global objectives. /p pActing as a central point of coordination, your will require strong leadership in managing projects, people and strategic information. /p pYou will combine vision with operational excellence, ensuring that every project delivers innovation, sustainability, and efficiency while supporting business growth and maintaining product quality. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liOversee end‑to‑end management of packaging optimization projects, from initial planning to execution and closure, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with defined KPIs. /li liCoordinate efforts across functions, regions and categories, acting as the primary interface between local and central teams to guarantee consistency and synergy throughout the organization. /li liLead risk identification processes and clear communication, delivering insightful analytics on project objectives and developing KPIs enabling timely identification of corrective actions and new opportunities. /li liManage the ideas database, ensuring all project proposals are accurately recorded and tracked, and regularly review the progress of regional projects, providing timely updates and valuable insights to stakeholders. /li liDevelop robust dashboards and performance metrics, delivering standardization and consistency in information sharing, fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration by cascading critical updates and best practices, establishing efficient communication channels across regions and functions. /li liAssist in the preparation and occasionally execution of workshops, handling materials, documentation, sampling, and logistics to ensure seamless organization. /li liOrganize and manage presentations for varied audiences, supporting effective communication of project outcomes and strategies. /li /ul h3About You: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related discipline, with around 8 years experience in project management, particularly within cross‑regional or global environments. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with diverse teams in dynamic settings. /li liProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and project management software. /li liFluency in written and spoken English mandatory; expertise or background in packaging considered a strong asset. /li /ul pCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits here. /p h3About Ferrero: /h3 pFerrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
