We are seeking a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join our Plant in Sedico (BL).
The Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing procedures and equipment involved in manufacturing. Responsibilities include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production.
As a Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer, you will apply your science and math knowledge to create the most streamlined and efficient methods for component and parts distribution. Your tasks include managing inventory, processing orders, planning warehouse and material flow layouts, and designing material flow infrastructure to maximize transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
Some Responsibilities You Will Have
* Ensure manufacturing processes comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Analyze production processes, schedules, and methods; provide reports with data and statistics to support future manufacturing requirements (e.g., process measurement, OEE, cycle time, balancing).
* Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs; assess schedules and future needs to aid management decision-making.
* Plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve efficiency.
* Track projects and benchmarking activities.
* Standardize and optimize processes.

* You hold a Degree in Engineering.
* You have 2-3 years of experience in complex environments, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or Continuous Improvement Engineer roles.
* You possess knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

* You work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver on time.
* You are oriented towards digitalization and information technologies.
* You are flexible and adaptable to constant change.
